Hello i am having serious problems getting into pe, i will start with a spurt of lots of motivation, do it for a week or so maybe more but then run out of steam and eventually loose my routine. I have been looking into all this on and off for ages, and have been trying to practice for awhile.
I believe one problem is i haven't been able to stick at it enough to see results to keep me going, but its not like i am not interested in doing this its just things happen and before you know it you've missed 4 sessions and your busy all night or whatever.
Another problem i find is with so little time alone and that time isn't routinely its different each week, i often have other things to do aswell, though i am currently thinking of spreading a routine so most can be done in the evening, when it is private enough.
The main problem i find is the breaks, i have heard its best to do atleast 2 days off each week, but the problem is that 2 days can easily become 3 then 4 then 5 then you've lost it. I don't really want to do it every day though because i dont wanna wear out things down there, and i think this also could be detriment to moral.
So what i am asking, is how do you guys solve these problems? what do you do to treat yourself if you do well or if you just do the routine? How can get over this initial hurdle and get to the gains?
