MOS Forum Newbie + Question

What's goin on guys. I've been Penis Enlargementing for a couple months now. I've seen some good results. Mostly in erect hardness and firmness. I've seen a little bit of girth increase but I have yet to produce any length increase. However, I am confident and am determined. I just wanted to introduce myself to the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]MOS[/words] forums and I hope by me finding this forum my goals will be easier to reach!

Now to my question. I notice that DLD said he does Penis Enlargement every single day. It is very hard for me to be able to Penis Enlargement every day as I am a full time student as well as working full time along with having a girlfriend. For the most part I have been trying to get in at least 3-4 days of a solid routine in. I have also read on other forums such as "Thund3rs Pl@ce" that Penis Enlargementing every day can have a negative effect as it would lead to "Over-Training". Does anyone have any advice on this? Has anyone seen better results doing less then 7 days a week? Anyone have any negative thoughts of doing 7 days a week? Is everyday the ideal ?

How are you a full time student + work full time?

Anyway man the way I look at Penis Enlargement is just one big experiment. Nothing has been proven scientifically to make your penor bigger. Everything you find here and on other forums are just what people are "experimenting" with. All you can do is take what you find and use it in your own training sessions.

For the taking the break part, everyone does what they think is best... bc once again nothing is proven... So if you think its better to have rest days, then do it. If not, then dont. I myself dont go for the whole rest day thing, maybe one day is all. I believe this b/c I dont want to give my penor anytime to return to its original state.

The question of rest days is as widely debated as the Roswell incident. About the best answer anybody is likely to give you is something like this: It all depends.
Depends on your intensity of training, how your body responds, your overall health and fitness levels, age, nutrition....I could go on, but I think you get my point.

The best advice I could give a new guy is this: Take it sloooow! Just like lifting or free-climbing start low and work your way up; it's much easier to raise intensity than a dead cock. In short: you can't enlarge a broke dick.

Second piece of advice; get in here and search around as much as you can, lots of guys have put lots of experience into [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]MOS[/words] and it shows. The resources and support here are second to none. Many, if not most, of your potential questions have been answered already, ya just gotta look.
