Hard to say. I've seen guys speculate over this. I find it somewhat easier to do girthwork in the morning because of ''morning wood'' tendencies. There's no conclusive proof that one time or another is better. I say do what fits with your daily schedule. If you're trying to take advantage of hormones...give it up. LOL, honestly. NOBODY knows the exact combination involved in making the penis grow during puberty. Even modern science from what I understand still has not pinpointed this hormonal concoction.
I like length in the am and girth in the pm. I have always done it this way. I am never awake enough in the AM to do any kind of good girth work but stretching is easy. At night I am much more apt to do my girth work, easier erections, more awake, etc.
I have been successful so far with night sessions. I will be hitting my 4th month soon and have gained 1.1" in bpel. you could check my progress, it is in Pegym.com because it was the first forum that I became part of.
For me everything is much more loosened up in the evening. I feel like I can get better stretches in the evening but also do better girth workouts. Although I'll still do a light girth workout in the morning
