more skin then i need...am i screwed?

I Penis Enlargement'd a while back and had decent gains. I kept them for the most part and have started again.

My problem is that i have noticed extra skin, as if my dick used to be much bigger and shrank, but the skin stayed.. this is not the case and i know that i have stretched my skin out some.

This causes my grip to slip A LOT when stretching and i can't get a good lig stretch from several angles.

I really need help with this problem, without a good ligament stretch, how am i supposed to gain anything? i first thought maybe my girth just needed to be brought up to accomodate the skin, but that seems to stretch it as well.

yeah, i'm cut... and i pull what extra skin back there is, but if i try gripping just behind my glans for stretching, my grip slips because it seems like my glans aren't really large enough yet to get a good grip on, they just slip through the grip. what pull i get is on the skin and not ligaments. When i do jelq exercises, it's a little easier, but mid stroke i have to take the other hand and pull back from midshaft to base the skin, because it seems to follow my grip. I've started using a string to pull the skin back and hold it tight so there is more friction my member between my hand and skin instead of slack, but it doesn't completely eliminate the problem. My biggest worry is with stretching though...

I'd like to think as my member gets thicker, it will fill in the skin, but i know the skin will probably continue to stretch.

Could it be a matter of blood flow??
