Hi everyone,

About 5 weeks into Penis Enlargement and the effects are already awesome. I'm reading everything I can get my hands on here and elsewhere and have a question.

As a matter of fact, some of the other Penis Enlargement info out there implies that even if you don't hurt yourself, that working out too often will slow down your gains.

I've noticed though, a common thread among famous big gainers seems to be more intense workouts (like 2-a-days) and fewer days off. And...since I want to be a famous big gainer, too, I guess I'm asking what you guys' experience is regarding workout frequency.

The more the better?

it's not a race for me but working out every day keeps me regular and sticking with it.
 
For me it was no days off and sometimes a few workouts per day. I gained just fine without taking time off and my intensity was really high.
 
yeah ive got this conflict to. i just started myself. guys like DLD say 'workout every day' while a guy like Red swears by only 3 or 4 workouts a week.
 
Heyo! I'm new myself and I've gone 6 days on and 1 off. I've just been going along with my p90x routine. I have to say I'm feeling and seeing great results. I'm working at high intensity. I started noticing at the beginning of this week I'm really having to stretch HARD to feel that good stretch without causing pain. I dunno if that's normal but I find myself pulling harder and harder every week! Every day doesn't seem to be hindering me.

I made my first post a week or so ago. I'm going onto my 7th week.

A day off every week is fine, I just don't like to see more than 2 days off a week as this can really fuck with motivation.
