Hey Mike...I hate to hijack this thread, but the quick-disconnect valve (the piece that threads-into the top of the cylinder) broke on my MityVac. Is there a way for me to purchase a replacement?
BTW, I've been consistently training and can reach over 21cm in the tube...which equates to about 8.5" BPEL. It's been a looooong road, but I've gained over 2" in length and about 1.5" in girth over the last 8 or so years

Good evening sorry since I ordered the 2.25 cylinder instead of the 2 I have now I wanted to know if the rubber gasket that goes to the base of the penis will still fit my receipt with the 2 inch kit. Or will I get a bigger one with the new cylinder? Then I wanted to know if the Silicap-2s have an air hole at the tip. My receipt has a hole in it, but I don't know if it's a defect or should be like this. The problem is that with this hole, when I wear it, the air enters and a bubble forms on the tip. If I then used oil to make it enter better, even the pressure of the air entering makes the silicap2 slip away. Thank you

Yes there is an air hole to relieve pressure. The rubber gasket should easily be used with bigger tube

Fluid retention is not a terrible thing. With any expansion there will always be a bit of fluid retention

I received the cylinder with mitysleeve 2 days ago and I have to tell you that the mitysleeve broke just after two times. It's already the second time. But is it possible that they are so delicate? My Mityvac and LM just arrived today, but in my Mityvac box, I didn't get the 'Hydro water trap' for hydro pumping with water. What is the procedure to get it if you forgot to send it to me and also I want to know which one is better for maximum gain, water pumping or air vacuum pumping?

Good evening I would like advice for the best solution to stay extended after pumping. I use duroring for half an hour and that's it. I saw the silisleeve2 on the site, but I was wondering if it is a good solution, since it would tighten the penis and therefore reduce the good diameter achieved after pumping. Thank you.

I love the idea of this pump, and I am considering buying it, but it would be great if there was a shower strap or mount that you can attach to the shower glass panel. This would allow for hands free operation while we are washing.

Wear a sleeve after stretching to help the penis heal in an elongated state. You can use the ace bandage too for same purpose.

You increase the pressure a few times during each 5 mins pumping set. The pressure goes down a bit after few seconds or a minute. You increase the pressure to a few times. Practice with the pump, you will find your sweet spot.

I just recently got the MityVac - it's kinda funny, I had no idea this was brandy new! I had a feeling it was; because, like, the week before I was gonna get a bathmate and just tough it out disciplining myself to bring this apparatus into the shower with me, but I'm so much happier the MityVac is a thing cuz I think dry pumping is for me. It's just easier. After you get all the cords into place it feels like way too much time has gone by. I can only imagine the limited time that parents would have too.

I've been using it for a couple of weeks and I had a few introductory questions/concerns. I did some looking but lemme know if there's a FAQ I missed that answers these questions already, or if this belongs elsewhere.

(1) - When I was reading up on SRT, if I understand correctly, I wanna avoid doing kegels while in the pump?
(2) - I find it really hard to get the silisleeve on. What's a good technique for getting it on that won't hurt too much? When I get used to either, I'll try wearing it to sleep though my fat kinda pulls on it. But I'm working on that; the weight loss should come. I'll try getting used to it at home so that I'm not going to work one day and find I need to adjust it while I'm helping a customer.
(3) - Cumming after a workout: Okay to do? Bad for gains? Should I refrain? Kinda hard to pump without some adult entertainment to keep the blood flowing, and one thing leads to another.
(4) - Also from what I read, it's important that the blood flow to the penis comes mainly from the air pressure and not from an erection? Can anyone elaborate on their experiences?
(5) I can't seem to retain pressure beyond 5Hg; it keeps dropping. Is it designed to do that or is there just not a good enough pressure seal? I did shave before this. I've just been holding the gun in my left hand and my mouse with my right hand so far, and pulling the trigger every minute or so to about 9Hg, wait for it to drop, rinse & repeat.
(6) - Weird question, about a couple weeks after the MityVac arrived I received an extra hose and additional set of sili-rings in the mail. Was that supposed to happen?

So far I've been dry-pumping without the silisleeve. I didn't see the instruction manual up here until after a few days after using it without the silicone base so I was actually using it wrong at first, placing the plastic part directly over my penis and that was it. The silicone base feels much better! But I wanna use the silisleeve if I can get it on me because I'd rather not have to buy lube all the time like gasoline. That and when your penis gets stuck to the plastic tube it's almost impossible to get it unstuck.

You can test out the L-Citrulline to see if it can helps with the nitric oxide production. Take in combo with HMB + D3.

If bring out one tablet of Viagra which is 100mg and break it into 4 tiny pieces, you can take one of that tiny piece for your session per day. That won't cause you any harm brother. That's like 25mg.

Rather than one type of booster medication, you can use the quartering of one medication, such as Viagra, and use an alternative later next week, like Cialis. There are many different kinds of medication doing the same thing, but with variations on the formulation. Don't stick with one medication for too long unless you want your body to become dependent on it.
