Try a bit of lube, oil or cream that melts easily with or without silicon sleevesGrateful for all of the advice as always!
Welp, Week 1, here's what I ran into:
(1) I got up to about 7Hg but stayed at a steady 5Hg, depressurizing frequently for safety. At the end of the session, the bottom of my foreskin was noticeably swollen. Paraphimosis, Google called it. Is that the same thing as that fluid retention that people have been talking about? Most places I looked said if it was caused by pumping it should go away within 24 hours, though it was a bit of a nausea-inducing shock to see it so unexpectedly when the session seemed to go so well. That and

the last orgasm stung a bit. Fluid retention sounded a lot less disturbing than it looked. Guess I'll be trying that silisleeve again; might have to cut it like Lightning mentioned. When I get thin, and I don't have a big thing of fat down there, then I'm sure the full-length silisleeve should work better for me. How long should I give the swelling before trying again, do you think?
(2) Shaving closer definitely helps retain pressure. I bought a Philips Norelco Bodygroomer 7000. Works like a charm. That and I think the new parts made a difference too. I bought it for my body but I think I might get a second one for my face. (I don't wanna use the same razor on my face as for my body.)
(3) I don't feel a lot of pain from the pressure, but my dick often sticks to the plastic walls. I know this can probably be alleviated with the sleeve, but I'm thinking perhaps I'll need to lube the walls too? Or is there something else that can be done?
(4) Since I'm pumping along with physical fitness I guess I ought to ask...does the same kind of diet you'd want to use for fitness also apply to a penis enlargement routine? I've been limiting sugars, consuming moderate complex carbs on cardio days and proteins on muscle days. Surely the same healthy food should help the penis, yeh?
Gonna get some shuteye; TGIF tomorra.
Helps the silicon or the penis not stick to inside of the MityVacFor what reason my brother?

Well i guess thats why you are tuff dong lol! What kind of pumice ? @TuffDongI use lotions and oils as an alternative to lube. I just find lube very off-putting, and it gets messy, sticky....bleh!
The oils and lotions also do wonders for your skin. Plus, I go hard on my unit, and sometimes need to pumice from all the manual stretching. So, the softer and more moisturized the better!
Yeah, that pumice note made you cringe, hehe. Not as bad as it sounds, LOL.
I got that pin back in place thanks...
Got lucky, 3rd time trying it: with 2 screw driver bits... ? ?
Armand?
Are there any plans to make a shorter attachment for water pumping with mitty? I only use it for dry pumping and occasional water as its much easier to use my x40 while i shower. I tried a few times and the lines are everywhere. Im sure you guys can think of something you are the best!!
Hi,
I have been trying the hydro aspect of the MityVac and I keep getting water into the pump.
I think I may be using too much water. What is the recommended water level would you suggest?
Put just enough water to cover the penis and make sure there is air space above. When you pump, keep the top of the cylinder tilted upward to avoid water getting onto the air tube.
How noisy is it? Living with thin walls and family members.
I have a bathmate but find it to be tedious to be using water that's why I ask about efficiency
Awesome ?
Very much so, great video!
wtf? hahaA friend of mine used a pump for years to remove nitric oxide from a chamber. When repairing the plumbing, the pump was allowed to run free, sucking in room temperature air. Nitrogen dioxide blew out of the pump in great clouds, requiring evacuation of the lab.
Thanks for the reply. I would like to work more on the length. In fact I have a cylinder that is accurate to my erect circumference.
Sincery I bought mytivac believing that I can gain length as well. Especially with a cylinder precise in width to my penis. If you need length gains, by all means buy a length master device.

You can gain some length with that maybe half inch or more. But if you seek real length gains of 2 to 3 inches, go for the Length Master.
Ok thanks I had a 2 cylinder, today I ordered the 2.25. Could you tell me something about training days and breaks? Thank you
Hey Mike...I hate to hijack this thread, but the quick-disconnect valve (the piece that threads-into the top of the cylinder) broke on my MityVac. Is there a way for me to purchase a replacement?
BTW, I've been consistently training and can reach over 21cm in the tube...which equates to about 8.5" BPEL. It's been a looooong road, but I've gained over 2" in length and about 1.5" in girth over the last 8 or so years
