The studies used may have had some flawed or different methodology but relatively speaking it seems accurate.

Maybe the average is really 4.5 but it's not much bigger than that.

Yeah I think at the AMPs they use some kind of asian condoms. They only cover 3/4 of the shaft and they are skin tight.
