I wish everyone here a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!
This is the time we spend with people we care about. We reflect on the year before, successes and things we fell short on. Those who are with us and those who cannot be for whatever the reasons. We look forward to the coming year and strive for new accomplishments. Big or small, moving forward is moving forward. It's a time as well for forgiveness. Not holding onto grudges from the past for yet another year.
I hope 2014 was good to everyone as it was for me and that 2015 is an even better year!

Merry Christmas everyone! I wish you all nothing but success to your jorney to becoming better men! Good or bad, angry or sad- 2014 is now ending. Filled with whatever emotions- it has given us lessons we must learn! Learn from your mistakes and inspire from your accomplishments! Cheers to you all, I love you (no homo rofl!)! :)

Merry Christmas everyone! It is always hard to keep life moving at the same pace during the holidays, but I know that I for one will make sure to get my PE in both on Christmas and New Year's day.

Right in time one of my nicest christmas presents: for the first time I measured 6,2" Pre-workout and 6,5" post-workout girth today! I'm so happy about that.
