Just getting started again here and wanted to finally post up my progress log including the couple entries I made back in 2014.

Unfortunately I did not measure for about 3 years, but I was in and out of training - mostly hanging with the x sleeve and some [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] work (sporadic).

Nice to see some upward tick even without consistent PE.

Girth is my goal (bringing length along for the ride of course).

Headed to 7.5 x 6.5 and beyond...

This past week I have been consistent with hanging a few hours a day with the Xsleeve+weights, as well as manual stretches, Jelq's, and [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words]+SSJ work for 20 minutes every other day in the shower. Last night's girth session with the "wine vac" mod got me filling the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]bathmate[/words] like never before. Felt great to spend a long session stroking a fat monster last night, and the girth lasted into my day today.

This experience plus reading the "6 is big" thread is a reminder that for most of us the road is shorter than it seems provided you will put the CONSISTENT work in. If I get to 7 x 5.5 in the next 1-2 years from now, that will be a huge jump and then I can decide where to go from there.

I also read the bump post on Dash Rap's rope method, which I will slowly integrate into my routine.

He mentioned his woman coming from insertion alone, and I can attest to this - my wife BEGS me to just tease the opening of her pussy with my fat head - can't wait until my whole member is that fat and we'll take it to the next level.

Having a fat penis is a dream I am working towards. I'm willing to train until I get to 7 inches girth. Keep doing your routine, you will get to 7 inches by December if you stay consistent and use the right amount of intensity

Just do everything possible to make sure you are consistent with your routine. One of my greatest trick is logging into the forum daily.
 
Thanks for the reminder - I had been “thinking about” posting for a few weeks.

Routine has been fairly consistent for the past month and a half. I was having trouble getting enough private time at home (work 12 hours, 2 kids, small house), but I figured out some tweaks.

Here’s my current routine:

Daily:

Hang with 1.5lbs in an Xsleeve(soft/large) for at least 2-3 hours a day. Often longer. This is my version of an “all-day” stretcher, and sometimes I will leave it on almost all day on the weekends. Some days I can hang at work commando when I can wear looser fitting clothes.

Shower Routine:

First off, the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words](X30) enters every shower, no matter how little time I have. I shoot for 20 minutes, but sometimes I only have 10-12.

Initial results have been good. I definitely hold more girth day to day, even if only a 1/4 inch. The psychological benefits are real. Erect length is noticeably longer in my hand, probably 1/4-3/8”. Early gains for sure, but it helps to see...

Sex has been better with the wife, and walking around with a fatter dick just feels good.

I am going to do another set of real measurements next month after 4-6 weeks of consistent routine.

Keep it up brother seems like a good routine. How is the hanging at a low weight for most of the day? I like the temporary gains that come with the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]BM[/words] as well. Do you do any stretching or bundled stretches before hanging?

Thanks Mike. I just did that to the letter and it was a great girth session.

I enjoy hanging for extended periods at a low weight - I feel it gives me a real nice all day stretch and after a few days of extended hanging, I usually take a break for a day. I am looking to add some weight to the routine in the near future, so I am headed over to hanging around to get up to speed.

I will do some minimal stretches before hanging - usually some bundled stretches ala the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-newbie-forum/1597-dlds-first-routine-i-gained-2-inches-with-this-routine-full-tutorial.html]newbie routine[/words] and some rotary/helicopters - just to loosen up before I slip on the weighted sleeve.

Indeed it is! It is 14 years of combined efforts of many to create a routine so thorough and effective. So happy to have you back in the Brotherhood and so excited to watch your progression and success!

UP .25 in length (BPEL = 6.25)
UP .125 in mid shaft girth (MSEG = 4.875) - close to 5" but it was just shy so I am going conservative here.

I have also noticed that while I had a fairly tapered "baseball bat" shape, my base is evening out with the rest of my shaft.

At first I thought this was 100% Bathmate, but I am thinking that the long, 1.5lb hangs are contributing.

Question: is it common for "new length" that is being pulled out to be typically thinner or thicker?

As far as I know, she is unaware - I have not discussed it with her. I can't imagine she hasn't run into my Bathmate over the past 4 years. She probably thought it was some kind of jerk off device ;-)

I may tell her in the future, but am curious to see if she says anything as I continue to gain.

From my experience in PE, the new lengths gains comes out thinner. It is the thin area around the mid shaft.

Quick Update:

Just back from a 8 day vacation and getting back into the routine. I did hang for up to 7 hours on at least half of those days while walking around museums - it was funny swinging a 1.5lb weight inside my shorts all day - I definitely got some interesting crotch stares ;-).

Early gains have held up.

Onward....
 
Been out of my routine for a month or so - personal things to attend to. I have been continuing to hang with moderate weight for multiple hours which has kept me in fairly good shape. I just used the BM again today for a quick session. Good to be back on track...

Great to see you back on the forums! What are you planning to do for a workout? Strictly hanging and the Bathmate? If you haven’t yet I suggest going through the SRT thread and reading about the healing properties of gaining. Also look for bundled stretches in the same thread as these are very powerful and breaking down the Tunica and bringing girth and length so much faster!
 
Hey DLD...

I have been doing bundled stretches pretty much daily after warming the area up with a rice sock. I do the "4 corners" plus between the cheeks and straight up. I'll Kegel on most of them that provide resistance. After that, I'll throw the Xsleeve on and wear it for hours. I am looking at the new SizeDoctor piece for ADS (I need something I can wear with long johns and fairly tight clothing in the winter.)

I am still doing shower sessions with the BM (x30) with the wine-vac hack + SSJ's. Usually 3 sets of 4/5/6 minute pumps with SSJ's in-between. Pre-workout I jelq about 100-200 strokes. Starting to throw in a cock ring at the end of girth sessions in line with SRT.

Question: would you consider hanging with the Xsleeve/weights SRT after a bundled session?

I think the hanging with the Xsleeve after a bundled session should work in synergy, as this will further work on the already stretched out structures of the penis, and while in a hung state with the weight for X amount of time, this is all productive for growth.

The only concern, is not being too intense with it all, but being intense enough if that makes sense? I think you know by now your limits, and how far to go.

Yes I adore the new site it’s so fast, intuitive, modern and so easy to use. We are now the most modern PE site in the world. Hanging is the perfect thing to add them to SRT but remember that hanging takes quite a bit of time and commitment. If you have that time then by all means work it into SRT. But if you’re lacking time I would put my effort into Lengthmaster work. This type of work is just as powerful at a fraction of the time. Plus you’re so much more you can do with the PA and then any other device.

Red - I have been thinking the same thing - is it ENOUGH of a stretch at 1.5lbs for an extended period of time(2-3 hours). I pretty much slip it on under sweats and walk around the house and when I head outside to buy food, etc.

I think it has been working as one component of my routine, but as DLD said adding the LM into the mix again as a primary stretching tool would help. And then use the Xsleeve after for extended stretch/recovery.

I remember Wayback when I first thought about making it there was a video in the forum with an Indian guy using a rod to stretch his penis. He would roll it and twist it and stretch it and I thought if I could make something like this it will be so incredible for PE. Probably about four years later I found a good friend who was a carpenter to help me make my dream come true. He worked all day and came up with three prototypes. That was such an exciting day for me, I could not believe I had s Lengthmaster in my hands! ? The first batch of length masters were rather primitive but I was so proud. We got better and better as time went on. They used to be made out of solid ash each one hand cut, sanded and assembled. It’s gone through many changes but today it still the best stretching device available. I look forward to your new routine and making some serious gains!

I got a triple twist bundle stretch under the legs that was amazing.

Any newbies that don't have one: get it now - it'll change your stretching routine drastically.
