Oh my God anyone seen that site, I found it on DLD's blog. those guy's in there are enormous, they make shane deisel and mandingo look small, are they for real? if they are we need to find out what the hell they are doing because it obviously works!!!!!

Those guys definitely aren't bigger than mandingo. Shooting pictures of yourself from a favorable camera angle can do a lot. I'm about 6nbp measured properly (standing up perfectly straight, no cheating), and I'm no more than 3 inches off the biggest guys there. Make a 9x6 tube with paper and look at yourself in the mirror if you don't believe me.
