I decided to post this here in case it's been covered a lot already. I'm wondering how these three lengthening methods compare? My noob gains have slowed from manual stretching though I did get a solid 1/2". Does it get to a point where manual stretching really isn't effective for length? Is it necessary to eventually switch over to something like a Vimax or start hanging for additional gains? How much have you guys gained via just manual stretching?
