I have a serious case of man tits and was wondering how to get rid of them. Any exercises or advice is a big help.View attachment 25727

In fact doctors of all people are the most destructive to their own bodies... especially when they're young. I used to know of a good dozen or more doctors who used MDA and Cocaine and a weekly basis and would justify their use of it, which was the most disgusting part. Firsthand I've seen too many cases where patients were given "steroids" to "accelerate growth/healing" and it completely fucked their bodies.
But if you want to fix something you can't linger in the past. Last time I checked living a healthy lifestyle without determining what caused a bodily imbalance never hurt anyone.
Tahir Aqbar;498254 said:You have a hormone imbalance in your body to where you're testosterone is too low. If you were given steroids in your youth this is a likely it is very likely they caused this. It's essentially the same premise of "Bob" from Fight Club with the man tits. If you're still on the meds, sorry, there's probably nothing that can be done. If you are off of it though, I'd like you to look up Elliot Hulse on YouTube and find his video series about the nervous system. I can't remember exactly what they're called... I'll see if I can find a link in the future.
My assessment of the problem is pretty in depth. You're going to have to change your entire life style to permanently resolve the issue.
1. You have hormone imbalances. You have to increase your cholesterol intake to boost your man hormones. (Eggs!)
2. You have to stabilize your insulin levels. Right now your body is absorbing too few nutrients when you ingest food and predominantly absorbing fructose.
3. You need to increase your overall muscular development. More muscle makes your body firmer, burns more calories, and directly correlates to more man hormones. You cannot begin gaining muscle and loosing fat if you do not to step 2.
4. You have neurological viruses invested in your body - most likely in your groin/genital region and your chest. This means that throughout your life your sexuality has been assaulted causing your nervous system to go into shock/protective mode of your man parts, thus resulting in a decrease of man hormones, and masculinity altogether. Your creativity and ability to show love has also been stifled which has caused your chest to also become neurotic, only further exacerbating the boob problem. You probably feel very tight/inflexible in your groin and have trouble connecting with other people on a deeper, more emotional level.
These are general problems everyone has to some extent, you were just dealt the shit hand your entire life. If you want more info I'm happy to help. I'll be subbed to this thread.

You don't have to take any meds or do anything they tell you to if you don't want to, but at least getting some hormone levels done and getting a read on why you have gynecomastia is WAY more primary than getting surgery straight off. Otherwise, you may end up right back where you are.
LOTS of medications can cause a hormone imbalance leading to gynecomastia (Tagamet, propecia, etc). Most of them are related to DHT conversion. Sorry you were put on systemic catabolic steroids (my assumption from what you said). Doctors hand them out like candy because they are INCREDIBLY effective at dampening the body's response to various offenders. This may be a case where the result didn't outweigh the benefit.
Go see an endocrinologist, get some blood drawn and then have them teach you what it means. Decide after that what YOU want to do about it.
p.s. please don't start eating tons of cholesterol in hopes that it will increase your sex hormone production. Cholesterol is converted by your body to steroids (so the theory is initially sound), but your liver can and does produce cholesterol on its own without your eating it at all. Eating more cholesterol will do nothing except put you in a higher risk category for vascular disease which will both increase your chance of death by stroke or heart attack AND reduce blood flow to your penis. Not worth it. EVERYTHING has side effects, make it your business to decide which side effects you could live with. If someone says someting doesn't have side effects, they are either misinformed or lying.

I've recently started working out and my current weight is 251 pounds. My quest is to lose 70 to 80 pounds. My only problem I'm having is basically food. I eat a big breakfast, but during the day I don't eat nothing and at night I eat a big salad usually. I'm in college and usually have to work on a budget until I'm freed up. Any pointers on what I should eat to kill my (fat people) hunger?

Eating 5-7 meals will ensure that the metabolism is running constantly allowing for the fastest drop in weight. If you are working with a little bit of money I would invest in staples you can buy in bulk that will be healthy, fast and effective.

Then, you can either input your food intake type or scan barcodes and it automatically adds it to your diet. You can also add exercise to it. Safely decrease calories in, and increase calories out...that leads to weight loss. I wasn't even trying to lose weight, but got addicted to keeping track in "lose it." It's a fantastic product and it is FREE. All the best to you.
