Making a New Routine

What i've been doing (with only temporary gains) was about 20 minutes of stretching (mostly footlong stretches) and 20 minutes of jelqing. I feel like i need something better and more intense. in particular, i wanna do DLD blasters. Can somebody help me make a new one?

Do you have access to the members site? If so I suggest moving to Phase 2 and doing the workout as it is written. DLD Blasters are a part of it also. Is it only stretching you are concerned with or are you looking for a total workout? There are also a lot of user routines in the Routines and Progress Forum.

i wanted to edit that post, but i guess there's no edit button. anyway, i watched the phase 2 of the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/mosdvd.htm]DVD[/words], and i don't like the girth exercises. could i do like 20 minutes of girth (jelqing/SSJs and horse squeezes are my favorite exercises) and 50+ reps of DLD blasters? idk if that's enough or not

That is fine. I encourage customization to older users. By the time you are starting Phase 2 you will have enough experience to make modifications.

A half hour is a good place to start. See how they feel, see how the expansion is and take it from there. You can always add or remove time to personalize it.
