i wanted to edit that post, but i guess there's no edit button. anyway, i watched the phase 2 of the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/mosdvd.htm]DVD[/words], and i don't like the girth exercises. could i do like 20 minutes of girth (jelqing/SSJs and horse squeezes are my favorite exercises) and 50+ reps of DLD blasters? idk if that's enough or not
