I've been at this for nearly 8 months now with no gains. I started off with just doing ligament stretches and the occassional jelq just to get prepped for more intense workouts. Then for about 4 months my workout was:
5 warmup
5 lig stretch
5 jelq
5 pressured ligament stretch
5 jelqing with holding
5 warmdown

I was told that was a bad routine, so I then rotated into:
5 warmup
15 jelq
15 stretch
5 either or jelq or stretch in a different way(eitehr hold or pressured)
5 warmdown

I did this for months until one day I discovered I was experiencing pain after my workout and stopped for a week. Then when I tried to resume the pain reappeared. So I lapsed back to just
5 warmup
9 lig stretches
9 jelq
5 warmdown
And have been doing so for nearly 3 weeks

Anyways, I don't know if these are just bad routines are what. I am doing the exercises correctly I believe. But This forum seems to be populated by many Penis Enlargement success stories. Am I just doing a bad routine, do I need to be doing some kind of self diagnostics to determine specific exercises that work for me?

I would assume its time. Your current routine looks ok, but why re-invent the wheel? I would say do another restart, and check everything, especially the exact form to be used for exercises, what should be feeling different, speed etc

These are tried and tested techniques and there will be loads of ppl who can answer any questions you may have as we're all on it :)

As a guideline, it took me about 30 mins to do the Penis Enlargement routine on the first two weeks, and now it takes an hour as i am about 8 weeks in and do slightly more reps than it talks about for the advanced stage.
 
Yeah that routine levista gave you is great! After that you can add in other stuff like constrictors and blasters and such. But stick to the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-newbie-forum/1597-dlds-first-routine-i-gained-2-inches-with-this-routine-full-tutorial.html]newbie routine[/words] for about 2 months or so first.
 
I am lost with these numbers, do you mean 5 reps or 5 minutes?

5 minutes roughly, I think most people I read visualize these routines in time more than reps. If I were to say 150 reps people really would have a vague notion of what that is, if I say 3 minutes I get the impression of "ooooooh"

I would support this as I feel it is controlled and you have a target to achieve every single time. Admittedly I've been tempted to just do 30 mins jelqing for example, but I feel it is better to do a set number of good, well performed jelqs than potentially lose focus on form by watching a clock.

The thing is when you start Penis Enlargement the exercises can be scary. Every little twinge can be interpreted as pain or possible injury. There is an adjustment period when you train. It may take some time and a little bit of uncomfortable feeling but the rewards are sweet. My advice is the same as Lev's, follow the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-newbie-forum/1597-dlds-first-routine-i-gained-2-inches-with-this-routine-full-tutorial.html]NEWBIE ROUTINE[/words] and push yourself to get through it, everyday it will become easier and easier.
