-problem one that concerned me is after I'm done I have a little blood at the tip(coming out of my pee hole)my penis doesn't really hurt,but it's used to a battle,haha
-problem two is my head is covered in so many red dots it looks like a rash on the tip,broken vessels?

-any advice on what to do or how to prevent this,or is it something to just deal with.

Yep it's for sure an art,to little and uh,to much and uh! Too! Got to find the sweet spot,been at it since November almost ever day and figured its conditions enought,guess not,but non the less in a happy camper! If you are feeling ligamental pain I would take a day off to heal a bit. On the ingrown pimple, leave it alone and allow it to surface on its own. Do not pick or pop it, you will be left with a scar. You can apply a hot washcloth a few times a day as this will speed the natural process.

Add to your wrap. Your wrap is likely to thin. Check out my wrap. It will help prevent those things from happening. Also, I agree with other. Go less intensely

Thanks,YKM yea I like the way the Thera band wraps over the head,I'll have to try that,I recently started to pinch all the blood out of my head before I tighten the bolts down,witch has also helped.i was pushing to much fluid to the tip by pulling hard and it was making my head also expand in a bad was,since I was using too much force!I guess my little guys not ready for a real DLD war!
