Hey yall

Recently my EQ has gone down. I took 3 days off last friday, sat, sunday but I'm still not getting 100% EQ. I'm thinking that I may just do 20 minutes of [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] for the next few days and hopefully EQ will return. My P.E journey started 28th June 2010 so nearly 4 months :)

Nope. I know that it is fatigue but I don't want to take too much time off, I will miss P.E :(

That's probly all it is: fatigue. Do you take any kind of supplements in your routine?

hehe :) I will do that for saturday and sunday but too tired to do anything today. I'm going to sleep :)

I never take time off either; just shrink the routine to meet my arrangements lol
:);)

Sounds like you have an *ahem* addiction mate ;)

My EQ sky rocketed not long after starting the routine but im fatiguing towards the end of the jelqs.. hopefully i just need to strengthen my pc muscle to keep up with the routine :)

:) I feel guilty when I don't workout. Even if it's just 20 mins in the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words], I need to do SOME girth work :)

Avoid the guilt, do the work!

I feel the same if I skip a routine, I do it twice a day, but at the same time if I want to catch up if I'm late I guess the hurry makes me do it wrong, faster jelqing doesn't feel like the same as when I do it with plenty of time.
