Hey guys my father passed 4 yrs ago and things r still craszy with the estate ect. Lawyers. N crap. And im not that type of guy. U no im a simple man im not afraid to admit im not to bright when it comes to smart lawyer shit ect but the stress is getting to me on my pe. Any support would be greatly appreciated ty

Stick in there man. We all have our down times, and you're right, it totally effects your motivation to do PE. Just know that soon you'll be horny again and ready and rearing to start working out your cock again. Try watching comedies and silly stuff while you PE to keep your mind off anything serious. I'm sorry for your loss. I know it must be hard but try to stay positive. PE in itself is a therapeutic way to deal with stress, it is much like normal exercise in the way that it takes your mind off of the stress and allows you some time of relief. It is impossible to think of two things art once so when you are submerged into your PE routine you will be able to escape the stressful thoughts.
