I just wanna make sure Im doing them right.... so at the reverse kegel sometimes I think my ligs are exploding... is that a good or bad sign?
And, Im not able to do 50 reps yet
Can I do 10 & then pause a lil bit and then continue....Am I loosin something when I do them this way?
