Lig stretch versus. Lig Pop???

I have been thinking and am curious if any others have tried or if anyone has a proven opinion on this. I have in the past always warmed up never really had a problem with that. However when I would stretch I would always go high intensity right from the start. I would usually get a lig pop. (no problem I understand that happens and has always happend) Anyway as of late I have started out light intensity and steadily increased the intensity. Ever since I have done this I no longer have my lig popping.

Anyway here is my theory/question for everyone. If I go ahead and just quickly pop the ligament it shouldnt really be given the chance to stretch right?? I am thinking that In order for me to gain length over an extended period of time I need those ligs to stretch permanently. Ideally I think that the lig pop would actually slow the gains because of not stretching those ligs. Right??

Anyway I hope this makes sense but it is kind of a theory that I have been thinking of but have not had the time to prove this theory and thought some of you might already have that experience. Any thoughts and opinions on this would be helpful.
 
I had lig pops when I had started but not warming up as well as I currently do.
Since then I have been warming up longer, my intensity is still just as high, but no lig pops.
I have never feared the lig pop, just gave myself a half of a minute after a pop and finished out.
 
Pops are simply air being released that is trapped at the pubic bone, beneath the ligaments. When you pull the penis, the ligaments the air is released and it makes a pop sound...this is identical to cracking your knuckles.
 
Ok I had the impression that you were actually pulling the suspensory ligament away from the pubic bone. My only question would have to be is Why do you think I am having more success in feeling the tired worked ligaments when I don't have the pop?? When I do have a lig pop I never have that tired feeling??

As I have said, ligament pops mean very little other than a noise. It is no reflection on gains at all.
 
Bandit, check out the boo boo band aids section. One of the sticky s is all about ligament pops incl several links to other threads on the topic.
 
Thanks DLD and Red. I really dont worry about the lig pop or anything like that because it was happening in the begining very regularly. Now that I do a longer workout and I start off slower it doesnt happen as much anymore. Now that I have started slow I just have more of that (JUST WORKED OUT FEEL FROM Penis Enlargement). Before I wasnt getting that. It could be from my change in my length exercises.
