Lig stetch

Hello i can't seem to get anymore gains From normal streches. Should i try The lig strechs from the sides and BTC'S. I stoped doing jelging because of I started to get get some loose skin. I'm looking for mainly lenght gains anyway.

I did some streching about 1.5 years ago and gained almost a inch, while not knowing what the hell i was doing. Now I Have read alot of info and know alot more but cant gain anything lol.

So if anyone has any tips for continued lenght gains , that would be great.

Length is something you need to explore when it comes to stretches. For me DLD Blasters top the charts with the gains I made using them. The stretch is both good for ligs and tunica.
