Lig pops

Hello, i have known about Penis Enlargement for 5 years now but never was consistent. Past month i have been being consistent, and all this time i was stretching wrong, not from head but from mid shaft so it was only a skin stretch. Now that i have been stretching right, i feel it ONLY in the ligs now. I do the squat stretch were i squat down and do a straight out and straight down stretch pretty intense for 30 secs. For the first time i get Lig pops now, ive gotten about 4, today was a bigger one, its liek a tiny crack sound not loud at all, it does not hurt what so ever but just feels SUPenis EnlargementR WEIRD as if a tiny bit of penis like .1 or .2 inches has actually come out. I have read else where that lig pops are a sign of length gains to come.

Anyone have any info or experience with lip pops and gains

Lig pops are the same as cracking your knuckles. It is air being released where the ligament reaches the pubic bone.

Definitely a sign of intense stretching which leads to gains but many guys, who gain, never get this. I do when I am erect sometimes but I never heard one while doing Penis Enlargement.

i seem to get those little "pops" when stretching really intensely too.. it freaked me out the first time.. but now i am used to getting 1 or 2 pops at the very beginning of my length workout.

Never got a lig pop EVER doing Penis Enlargement either.

I get them every once in a while but erect and when she "pushes" on it towards the knees. i have almost a vertical erection, when erect it is pressing on my belly and when pushed the opposite direction ( kneeward ) it actually "pops" eheh, like DLD said, it's just nitrogen being displaced just like your knuckles.

That is fine. I never could crack my knuckles growing up while all the kids I knew could. It makes no difference. I never heard a snap, crackle or pop but I did here my girl scream when I laid the new and improved pipe to her.
