This is my first post in here, I'm excited and even more excited about possible length gains. I measured today and its .2-.3 bigger, measure over 5 times and seems like it's a .20 gain. I never did any stretching work, All I did was girth work and until now i just added stretching about one week ago. Those are fast results, could it be because I always neglected stretching and these were my easy gains, either way I'm happy. it's unreal how .20 is such a small margin but really makes your dick that much bigger.
This was my routine
1)Tug of war stretches under clamp(got this from red)
2)I grab right under my head and stretch straight forward, hold it for 5 minutes.
3)I grab under the head again and this time, i turn it to the left, I kegel and reverse kegel to try and feel the ligs work more. Just move around, experiment which position feels like you are doing more work. hold for about 3 minutes
4)Do the same for the left, repeat number two again and finish with stretching out down towards the floor.
I'm still experimenting with it, I'm think of trying fowfers, blue whales stretches, and so on. Since this is working for me, Im going to keep doing it until i plateau
