leave your advice on training ligs with fatigue

hello ive hammerd my ligs the past few days tore into teHydromax they feel sore but i feel i can still do more,,after training them my erections weaken a bit,,but is it okay to hammer them cus im after some length,,if i keep tearing into them but making sure i got no pain but keeping them at a consistent rate of soreness,,,or is it better to hamer them then have a days break or something like tha,which way is best to see the quickest results leave us some suggestions please experienced pe rs:O
 
I would say that training with some soreness is fine for a few sessions. Anything beyond say 2-3 sessions is your body saying it needs some time to heal. Now, this does not mean that you have to be completely off as I would use this time to [words=http://www.phallosan.com/shop/catalog/default.php?z=eNortjIxtVKyL0pNszWxMFcrSSxKTy2JL0hMT7U1UisoykyxtbBQSy4tLsnPjS8uKcrMS7dVsgZcMMpbEbo%2C]ADS[/words] for 2-3 days so that the tissues will heal in an elongated state. At least that's how the theory goes but I've experienced this first hand and can say that doing some sort of proliferation work post cycle is extremely important. The biggest thing with length gains is to make sure that you are working in the right angles, and I always use multiple angles in one session. The other thing is to make sure you do REST as you don't want your tissues to harden because of overuse as this will cause the body to react to an injury and thusly the tissues will thicken as opposed to lengthen. Take time off in between cycles for say a 7 on/ 7 off routine and do your proliferation work for 2-3 days post cycle and then rest for the remainder of that time until it's time to get back to work. Don't worry about it too much and understand that this pursuit is going to take some time.
