Lean Gains-Dieting That Boosts Testosterone

I was searching for a workout routine when I came across this website called leangains.com In the most dumbed down summary possible...you eat all of your calories during an 8 hour period of the day, while fasting for the other 16. Fats are more important on rest days, and workout days you get more carbs. Eating this way results in an increase in testosterone (which is what makes this potentially amazing for PE) as well as allowing you to eat a little dirtier than other diets, while still making muscle gains. I already have researched the benefits of fasting, so it didn't take much convincing for me to understand how great this is. There's way too much info for me to describe, but I suggest everyone reads the leangains website. This could be THE way to eat, especially for us since testosterone helps increase penis size. Ya he has good info on their. I personally am not a fan of his blog style website. the way his website design is set up you can get amazing functional and easy to navigate websites for next to nothing. his site is filled with good info though. just in todays world how your site looks unconsciously matters to a lot of people and the success of a site.

he seems to put bodybuilding/looks at the forefront of his routines/plans rather than disease preventions/health promotion and those other things come secondary. of course he runs his site the way he likes it is just opposite of my goals for my clients. though i may not have read through his site as much as you and maybe he does have some good health promotion info in there. i am sure he does it just seems to be secondary from my experience with his site.

does have a lot of great interesting info to read though. his info on his website of course supports his ideals/beliefs on nutrition/weight loss which is expected. can be tough to find completely non biased information out there. we can all go find a website that clearly and concisely will prove everything he says is best and another one that proves it is wrong.

i ranted a bit. overall good site with very good info. could definitely lead some people down a good path that may improve their health and make them feel better. it takes find what makes each individual feel great and energetic.
 
The website isn't perfectly laid out, but there's hours worth of articles to help you understand exactly why it works, and how it helps you maintain spiked testosterone levels

there is even a lot of research out there that shows intermittent fasting reducing T-Levels. and then some showing it helping. i always tell people they have to do what makes them feel GREAT!!!high energy...no tiredness...balance life...etc etc etc...when they feel like a million bucks all the time they are doing the right stuff all aound
 
As a Buddhist, I've learn to overcome hunger pains and can go days at a time without eating and remain perfectly balanced. There are energy sources beyond food. However, eating like this wouldn't maintain spiked testosterone levels after my workouts which would be lackluster from lack of amino acids.
 
I can't read it now, but I too have read a lot about fasting (intermittment fasting) and its effects on the human body. I would just advise to see how it works for the individual- measure your T levels now, start following the plan and after 2 weeks of following this regimen- just see how you feel (better, more refreshed, more energetic) and measure your T leves once again. There is no better indicator than the way you feel. But measuring is important as well! :)
 
Yeah there's a good bit of reading on the page, but the principles are simple. I haven't been eating healthy, but I have been doing the 8/16 eating schedule, and I've noticed I don't look as bloated after about a week.
 
I found his website in October of last year. I've been eating this way ever since. I started out at 225lbs and now am 185lbs. I hold an office job and don't hit the gym as much as I should be but the results from the diet alone are those numbers. It's pretty tough at first with the hunger pains but this I feel is mostly mental. I have no affiliation with this guy nor am I his client but the results are real for me..

I do this type of diet. It works well for fat loss which is great to reduce your fat pad. In this way it's good for PE. I don't think the possible mild increase in test levels will do anything for your PE gains. I've had my test levels up to 5000 and I don't think it helped me at all for pe
