I was searching for a workout routine when I came across this website called leangains.com In the most dumbed down summary possible...you eat all of your calories during an 8 hour period of the day, while fasting for the other 16. Fats are more important on rest days, and workout days you get more carbs. Eating this way results in an increase in testosterone (which is what makes this potentially amazing for PE) as well as allowing you to eat a little dirtier than other diets, while still making muscle gains. I already have researched the benefits of fasting, so it didn't take much convincing for me to understand how great this is. There's way too much info for me to describe, but I suggest everyone reads the leangains website. This could be THE way to eat, especially for us since testosterone helps increase penis size.
