i'm new to Penis Enlargement, only been at it just over a week, so stretching my penis is something very new to me.
but i took the advice and always warmed up before stretching. usually i get a small damp cloth that has been rinsed with hot water and then squeeze the water out of it. i then, rap it around the penis, then watch tv or something for 5 mins, while giving the penis a gentle massage every now and then, with the cloth still over it, to help circulate blood.
now the stretching. i take it easy to start with. with every set i increase the pressue and pull a little harder.
after finishing, put the warm damp cloth around the penis again and do the same as before.
if you warm up and down properly, stretching will be a piece of cake.
