I have a question.I wanted to say that I really do not like to squeeze and hold my pc muscle,because it is really boring.I still do it,but I hate them.
I got to know that there is another way to strenghten the pc muscle and that is the "towel raise technique".I tried it out and I love this type of training.It is much more fun.I am a newbie and I started to train my pc muscle two weeks ago.Can I still do these type of exercise or is this to dangerous for a newbie?If I should do the exercise,how much sets and reps should I do to get stronger PC muscles?
 
That is an exercise that was first made popular by Peter North in a sexual advice video he produced in the early 90's. It is a brilliant way to add resistance and perform a sort of push up with the penis, in the same spirit someone names doing Kegels in the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]Extender[/words] as pull ups:) Resistance against the Pelvic Floor Muscles will always strengthen erection quality and allow for larger, cemented gains.

hello DLD,

does that mean that I can stop doing the "normal" kegel exercise and start the towel raise exercise?I will do 2 sets and in each set I will do 20 repetition.After a month I will try to do 3 sets of 20 repetition.
I will slowly try to make more reps and sets,but I will not overdo it.Is that a good idea to stenghten the PC mucle?Maybe a better method to strenghten the PC muscle than the ordinary pc muscle technique?
The towel raise technique doesn´t take that much time and I think to see faster results in my EQ.Sorry for my english.I am still learning it.
 
Assuming you put the same amount of effort into both, you will almost certainly see no difference in results between towel raising and standard kegels. The difference is that towel raising is significantly more intensive so will require more effort per time so you will naturally see greater results.
Yes, you can swap one for the other but kegels have the advantage of being subtly doable throughout the day.
 
got a random question boys, has anyone tried laying down with a raging hard on that leans toward the stomach a little bit and laying the towel on the back side of the penis and then kegeling that way?

I understand and have recently started regular towel raises, but waking up with my penis pointing at m,y face like a rifle lastr nite and it was elevated like 2 inchs off my body, it dawned on me....."can i towel raise the other direction laying like this?"

Give it a go and see what happens. I'd expect a lot of the towel to end up resting on your body, meaning you're lifting significantly less but the best way to find out would be to try it.

Yes, that is correct. There really is no wrong way to kegel but there are ways to increase it's intensity which you are now discovering. You are right on track!
 
Now I will start to make 2 sets and in each set I will do 20 towel raises.In the last 5 days I did one set of 30 towel raises.I think that I am ready now to improve my training.
My EQ started to get much better.Maybe I will make a log about my way to get better EQ and a bigger penis.

Good stuff. The work we put into Kegels and pelvic floor muscle exercise the stronger our erections become which make them bigger and harder! Kegels are as important to the healing process as they are to the endurance process.
