I have a question.I wanted to say that I really do not like to squeeze and hold my pc muscle,because it is really boring.I still do it,but I hate them.
I got to know that there is another way to strenghten the pc muscle and that is the "towel raise technique".I tried it out and I love this type of training.It is much more fun.I am a newbie and I started to train my pc muscle two weeks ago.Can I still do these type of exercise or is this to dangerous for a newbie?If I should do the exercise,how much sets and reps should I do to get stronger PC muscles?
