i thought i'd mention this for the added impetus of making sure members don't neglect kegals and for the sake of observation.
when i started hanging at the turn of the year i cut kegals from my routine... because i'm a moron.
then i hanged up my hanger 4 months later and began manual stretching again which has been steeped in injury hassles.
now being able to manual stretch until my hearts content, i thought i might as well put a stop to my stupidity and start 20 minutes of daily kegals.
what i have noticed is that i can stretch further than i could prior to this revival, because my penis is decidedly more pliable.
why is this?
