Kegals and stretched length increase observation

i thought i'd mention this for the added impetus of making sure members don't neglect kegals and for the sake of observation.

when i started hanging at the turn of the year i cut kegals from my routine... because i'm a moron.

then i hanged up my hanger 4 months later and began manual stretching again which has been steeped in injury hassles.

now being able to manual stretch until my hearts content, i thought i might as well put a stop to my stupidity and start 20 minutes of daily kegals.
what i have noticed is that i can stretch further than i could prior to this revival, because my penis is decidedly more pliable.

why is this?

Woah man you worded things a little too difficult for this cave man. But from what I understand you are trying to make the point that the Kegels make your penis more flexible?

That doesn't seem to make sense man. Though Kegels are extremely important and the benifts numerous I do not see how the 2 would be related. In fact it should be the inverse. What would happen if you ran for 3 weeks solid and never adequately stretched? (and happened to not get injured). Your legs would actually be less flexible due to the added muscle mass making your tendons and ligaments tighter. A penis is slightly different yet I still don't see how they are related. ?:(
 
That's true. For some reason my dick stretch a little more when i reverse kegals (i ALWAYS old a reverse kegal on each set), just as it stretch less when when you do a kegal (dont do that). I dont have any scientist explanation; it's just the way it is.

its just an observation. whether it makes sense or not, my penis is way more elastic since bashing out 20 minute sets a day for the past couple of weeks.

Well I guess I will try it out and see it for myself.
