Just stretching and squeeze?

Has anybody tried to only do a program with stretching of 10 min. and squeezes to about 20 minutes?
I ask that because jelqing is considered to be more a girth exercise than a length exercise and some mentioned that they observed better gains with only squeezing.
Thus it should be possible to create a program out with just stretching and sqeezing for the intermediate pe-er.
 
Why not? A good Penis Enlargement program is build on solid length and girth exercises, if you like one exercise more than another then rock that exercise.
