Just Started Using Static Stretcher & Need Advice

I love this device (using just the Heavy Duty):

1. I wore it the longest yesterday at 3 pounds: 2 hours, fixed between SO and SD. The only pain in my base area was the digging in soreness of the two rod bases! After taking it off, I poked around into my ligaments and felt no pain. Is the digging in of the rod bases normal? I was stretched to my absolute maximum.
2. How far do I stretch? I stretched all the way and did not feel discomfort in the actual stretch. Do I let up a bit in stretching distance and, if so, do I hurt my gains.
3. What specifically am I supposed to feel and where and how to test the ligament exhaustion that I need to ride out?

You're not going to feel fatigue after two hours at 3 pounds unless you have the weakest ligs in the world. At that rate it might take two weeks. What I was saying was to try to wear it all day for a long time, like 6 or 8 hours. Also you should move the base around a little while wearing and move the skin around too. Constant pressue up against the same skin is irritating. Just lift the base on one side and either massage the skin or shift the base by 1/4 inch or so.

You really are the best, moregains. Thank you so much for your support. Tonight I'm going to wear it for 5 hours. Saturday for much more.

1. The spacers need to have the wider of two holes pointed down to match the wider of two holes on the nuts so that the sprinig, when fully compressed, "disappears"? Meaning you shouldn't be able to see spring when fully compressed?
2. Do I stretch as far as I can go?
3. After an hour or so my cock twisted slightly to one side, still fully stretched. Normal?

1. Not sure what this means. Just make sure the springs are working regardless of whether you can see them or not. You can usually test them by pressing the dome towards your body and feeling the springs push back.

2. Stretch as far as you can go as long as your glans is fully inside the dome.

3. Don't worry about the slight twisting. If it bothers you then watch the clock and twist in the other direction for the same period of time.

4. Your skin will get cold when stretching it. It's Ok. However I almost always wrap a heated rice sock around the whole thing.
 
Don't know how there wound up being TWO of these threads, but:

1. Gone 3 hours max for 4 days straight at three pounds and I don't feel any fatigue internally.
2. I tried a heating pad yesterday and it felt better overall.
3. Still getting that ache from the area where the revolving tubes that the rods go in sit.

How do I post pictures? That would help! I could show you all specifically where I'm having trouble.
 
Goldmember's advice is golden on this: try using some padding if it's bothering you. I use it mostly SO and it did bother me a long time ago, but for some reason it doesn't bother me anymore. I have 1/2 inch fat pad.
