You said it yourself- "im interested in knowing everything i can do to improve size"- no better way learning than reading around. If there is something specific you do not understand just search in the registers.

thank you for the help, I actually started on dlds routine in the newbie section last night no problem and am not sore today, I did an hour with the pro [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] on and 5 minutes of penis pumping at just less than 5 in/hg. I want to be 8 inches by june 1st is this possible and if so what can I do to get there?
