i hope i can explain this the best way that i can

for those who made pretty impressive length gains i need your help

when i stretch do i hold at the base and then grip below the head and pull straight out(seems like it focuses more on the tunica) or is it just below the head and pull?(focuses on the ligs)

also is stretching the tunica more effective than lig stretching or are they the same in producing results?

appreciate any help i can get thanks
 
Do a search for "Tunica", and you'll have 500 posts to choose from. The two-handed stretch yer askin' about actually has a name...I'll be fukt if I can remember it...it's in the search results I'm sure. If I remember right, it's recommended for the uncut and those with a lotta turkey neck as well as hard gainers.

And as far as the old "T vs L" effectiveness question; I think it all depends on the individual; how you respond, how you're built, how you exercise your penis. I don't know if that debate will EVER be conclusively settled.
