for those who made pretty impressive length gains i need your help
when i stretch do i hold at the base and then grip below the head and pull straight out(seems like it focuses more on the tunica) or is it just below the head and pull?(focuses on the ligs)
also is stretching the tunica more effective than lig stretching or are they the same in producing results?
