So I was all excited to start my first session of stretching and get my Penis Enlargement journey off to a start but am now feeling a little disappointed and confused.
I am hoping that you can help answer the questions I have.
1) Which is the correct [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-newbie-forum/1597-dlds-first-routine-i-gained-2-inches-with-this-routine-full-tutorial.html]newbie routine[/words] to use? The one in the newbie forum in which DLD says he gained 2 inches with (the one I used) is slightly different to the phase one routine in the members section. In the members section it says to do 3 sets of 4 exercises (12 sets total) + cranks whereas the routine in the newbie forum says 3 sets of 12 exercises (36 sets total) + cranks.
2) I had major discomfort with stretching my skin around the base of my penis and around the pubic area during the different stretches. It got very uncomfortable and where the skin was being stretched I got a burning feeling which didn't allow me to stretch to full intensity. Is this something that will get better in time as my skin stretches/toughens, if so how long will this take? Do you guys shave all your pubic area to stop any pain from pulling on hairs?
3) Do you sometimes use 2 hands to stretch? I have quite a small head so it is hard to get a good enough grip sometimes to be able to stretch with good force so sometimes I would use two hands, on just below head and other mid-shaft to get a good grip which helped me stretch harder. Is this ok?
4) Should you feel every stretch in your ligs? I only really felt the stretch in my ligs in the pulling straight away from your body stretch. This may be due to the other pain I was having with stretching my skin which could of masked the feeling I was getting of pulling on my ligs?
5) Should you have a short term gain in flaccid length for say 10 mins or so after stretching if done correctly? I noticed a slight gain straight after but it isn't hanging any lower now after my stretching sessions, is this normal or is it a sign that I did not stretch correctly?
Its getting late here so I am not going to do any jelqs today. Will do a full day of stretching and jelqs tomorrow.
Please give me any advice you can as I really want to get to grips with all this.
P.S. I have watched the videos in the members section showing you how to do it and it was a big help but still I feel very unsure of my technique.
