take it slow dude if you're new. I never jelq for more than 1 hour. The most I jelq is about 1200 reps. 600 reps in the morning session and another 600 reps at night.

Your hands will become more and more strong, eventually you will really notice the difference. We are using a lot of muscles that we normally do not use and hands can become fatigued but soon these muscles will become very strong.
