Anywere they sell kitchen supplies and accesories,some hardware stores
might have it, if they have a kitchen isle look under the canning section.

The jam lifter looks more like the size of the "The JELQ", but still you need to find those things they start using as rollers, and that could be tricky. Im going to investigate it.

Not much cushion, just to contour to the roundness. LOL, didn't work well but I had tested it while still on break. I'll play with it more when I'm back.

Ive been using foam pipe insulator,you know the kind that covers pipes
in the winter.its worked for me fine as rollers.but what would be even better
is if i could find the same material the inside of the bid hanger is made off,
that would get a good grip all around your dick and be way more comfortable.

Buy the jar lifter for cheap, then get the rollers from PowerJelq. Sure, it might cost ya 30 bucks, but it's better than using some other makeshift shit.
