is this routine to MUCH

first post here. Hope to get a responce. Other sites suck and just say do a search so im done with that...anyway here is my routine i just wanted to no if you guys think this is to much..

am: hanging 3 sets 20 mins. With 12.5lbs

during the day.....ads via the penismaster
bedtime: anti turtle divece

this is all done 7 days a week with no rest day

What kind of progression sequence will you be using? Is this workout well within your capabilities or does it genuinely challenge you?

Ive been moving my weight up every so ofton for hanging. Im up to 12.5 lbs. I so mostly ots and so with a fulcrum since i have a low lot. the work out is for sure in my capabiltites but it does take alot of time thats for sure. The dld newbie routnie is a little more challanging than the hanging thats for sure. It takes about hour and half in the morning and the same time for th dld rountine at night......ALso done with no days off
