Yep. That's too tight. Relax the wrap. It should be tight to the point where you can't urinate properly. A good elongated wrap is when you are still able to urinate without any problem.



This wrap method is constricting the urethra. This causes urinary incontinence. Not a good thing.



Yes, you can, but you have to properly wrap it so that there is ABSOLUTELY no blood flow cut off. This is why I suggest TheraBand end points wrap and the soft sleeve.



Yes, the tight wrap will make your girth compresses. Not good. You need to loosen it.



Yes. Suggestion to rest is 8 hours a day during sleep time. It goes against the suggestion above, but for most of us that do heavy PE routines, we need a full 8 hours of rest, not doing anything else to the penis.

20 minutes a day is a general statement. Each jelqing method is different. 20 minutes a day for SSJ is only 3 to 4 sets. 20 minutes a day for C-jelqs, you can go as many as 400 3-second jelqs. So, it's really is depending on what kind of jelq you're doing.

i will make it in the same day of jelqing every other day during the sleep of this day

and i will leave 24 hour rest from wraping and jelqing

during day for me is difficult becoz fat pad pull the penis during moving and sitting and leaning there is so much moving and pulling force become so much and i need to wrap it so so strong which is wrong as you know

If you believe wrapping is not helping you, then try it without wrapping and see if that works better for you.

You may also want to try some baby powder on your penis before you wrap. This what I did in wrapping anf it works like a charm.

Not sure if baby powder is using talcum power or magnesium carbonate. Talcum is banded in baby powder in most of the world now because of its cancer-causing agent.

i think i could use this wrap as penis extender

but i always wonder why penis extender dont need days rest from it

usually it recommended to use it for 6-8 hrs daily unlike jelqing which need days rest

Correct. Extender, or extending devices that also included in a wrapping layout, should be used from 4 hours minimum, all the way until you go to sleep. Remember, 24 hours is what you're aiming for to let the cells duplicate as much as they can. That last 8 hours of the day when you sleep is allowing the body just to perform a reset back to normal.
 
I think smarter tactics here are better. I mean, working smarter. You need tools my friend and there is no way that wrapping does not help. You should go for silistretcher if you need to have elongated penis for prolonged time because it's comfortable - after your routine i mean.
Just go for srt. If you are young fast results are guaranteed but you need to work on this. No results are gained without hard work.

Just regular baby powder. I hope this doesn't hurt me. Is there another powder we can use?

i made jelqing today after the wrap during sleep
the penis seem to be contracted it cant go out and relax and be flaccid as it usually even after warm water bath
do you have any recommendation ?

Got it. Your body is still in its adoptive phases to keep the penile shaft in a flaccid and relaxed state. This is known as the "preservation mode" the body normally undergoes to preserve itself from damage. When you wrap your penis all night, the body thinks, "Hey, why is the penis still extended during rest!?" and force itself to go into preservation mode.

So, you can keep wrapping all day and all night until the body gets the point where it should not retract any more, or you can constantly apply heat while you're in elongated wraps to encourage the body to keep relaxing without retracting. One way or the other, you have to reprogram your brain that this is normal.

but i think it is about 0.5 cm
the next month i m thinking to increase intensity
which is the most delicate to do it ?and which is roughest ?

2 days routine 10 min each and day off
or
increase duration of routine 15 min everyother day
or
13 min every other day

i fear becoz i lost the erection before when i made stretching 15 min stretching 4 times a week

i have just measured my penis
the flaccid gained about 0.7 cm
but the erection is very contracted it is less than than the normal by 1 cm
i will wait untill tomorrow morning and see if it return to normal
if not should i wait another day
untill sunday morning ? or what should i do ?

To measure, perform at two points:
  • Measure after you perform your PE routines, both erected and flaccid. This is measuring your potential gains.
  • Measure again during your rest day, allowing at least 12 hours of rest first. Measure both erected and flaccid. This is measuring your normal state that will reach your potential gains. Sometimes it matches your potential gains, but most of the time, it's somewhere between the original measurement and the potential gains.

2 days routine 10 min each and day off
or
increase duration of routine 15 min everyother day
or
13 min every other day

When you increase intensity, start with 2 days of increase in intensity with 10 minutes if you like. But slowly increase up to 15 minutes if you have time. Then 1 day off. But it's best to keep going for 3 days, and 1 day off with the same increased intensities.

If you lose erection quality with 4 days on, and 1 day off, decrease it to 3 days on, and 1 day off. Your penis will build up resistant to the intensity if you allow too much rest time with too little workout time.

I would do both increase intensity and go with 2 on 1 off. That sounds like a good starting point. As you progress you can go even further. What you should know is to share all questions and concerns so we can always be as prepared as you can. kegel 5 sec and rest for 5 sec for 1 minute
warm water for 6 min

is there any mistake of my routine ?

the result of 1 st month was 0.5 cm flaccid & no gain or loss of erection length

It doesn't matter on which direction you go first. It's more required on a balanced approach on all direction. If you go up, you must go down. If you go left, you must go right.

Since you're only using your hands, don't rest 1 minute in between. Only rest 25 to 30 seconds, and then keep going. Rather than 2.5 minutes, since this is only manual, for the new month, increase it to 4 minutes.

3 minutes bundling your penis (twisting your penis in one direction) and pull it between or behind your butt cheeks (BTC)
3 minutes bundling your penis (twisting your penis in the other direction) and pull it between or behind your butt cheeks (BTC)
5 minutes going into Between/Behind the Cheeks without bundling

For manual work, no. No need to break unless you feel a bit sore and need 20 to 30 seconds to do a bit of jelqing to relax the muscles by getting the blood to flow.

Is this your whole workout? I would seriously add in more exercise in time to make the greatest growth You can. If you need help with the routine, please let us know when we will help you with the best routine possible for where you're at right now. I know that adding more work is a pain, but in the end you're gonna be very, very happy with what you have accomplished.

while doing rotational crank i felt my penis getting longer longer !!!!!!!! i become so worry 😅
i feared that my soft flaccid penis will be cut !!!!!!
i will just grap it forward the next time 😁
becoz rotational crank is so worrisome
