@oldandlively @DLDVery common. This is when your body detects something is not right, and the stresses to the penis is too much. The body try to preserve itself by turtling, or retraction, to prevent injuries. Every time you perform PE, you are causing micro injuries. The body does not like it.

I did go hard to get what I wanted and it was extremely hardcore doing 3 sessions of SRT daily. I would not recommend this to newbies as one session is enough. This is more directed at large men who are struggling for gains. I have coached many men who are large with these same needs.However, in the world of PE, there is a way to go around those hard limits, but it does take time and patience. DLD already proved to us that hard limits for the penis can be overcame with a lot of hard work.

Don't worry too much about it. Once you stretch, try to find way to keep your penis elongated after your stretching. You'll notice in a bit of time that your elongation stretches after the routines will stretch your NBEL more and more. It will take a bit of time. Just focus on the routines and not worry about the body tries to fight every day. Just push forward slowly, and safely.

yesterday i made jelqing 4:00 am
today it is 7 am i measured my NBPEL it is 10 cm instead of 12 cm which is the normal the time before from several days ago
i measured it is 11.5 cm
i am very anxious i will try to take 2 days off to see if my erectile length will be enhanced to the normal or not

I love 3 on 1 off. It is far better than 1 on 1 off. As oldandlively said the penis does go into repair immediately after you train. at this point you want to go and wrap your penis as this will help in keeping your penis elongated as long as possible. On your day of continue wrapping and kegels. Also do some deep tissue massage.Brother @kriskros knows exactly what's to be expected. 1 day off is more than enough. Like I mentioned earlier, 1 day off is actually more than 24 hours off since your last routine. You don't want your tissues to be too cooled or too relaxed after the routine.
Your cells started to regenerate and repair roughly a second or so after you start damaging it. In reality, from the moment the cell is damaged to repair, the latest is 4 hours. Duplication processes start around 6 to 8 hours, and in 24 hours, new cells are formed.
So, let say you performed PE routine yesterday around 6PM for two to three days in a row. You wrapped up and remained elongated. Technically, you're ready to go again 6PM today. BUT, during a day rest, yesterday's 6PM to today's 6PM is 24 hours. Tomorrow's 6PM is considered as 48 hours. That's already a very longer period of rest time.
1 day on, 1 day off, that's practically 48 hours of rest time for too little work. I can understand if you just start on the PE journey in the first two months, but as you progress into the third month and on, you have to be on the routine for two to three days in a row before taking that day off.
Of course, this is your choice. You will not see a dramatic increase in gains, but some gains along the way.

This wrap method is constricting the urethra. This causes urinary incontinence. Not a good thing.
Yes, you can, but you have to properly wrap it so that there is ABSOLUTELY no blood flow cut off. This is why I suggest TheraBand end points wrap and the soft sleeve.

20 minutes a day is a general statement. Each jelqing method is different. 20 minutes a day for SSJ is only 3 to 4 sets. 20 minutes a day for C-jelqs, you can go as many as 400 3-second jelqs. So, it's really is depending on what kind of jelq you're doing.
