right now only my flaccid filled with blood after erection and after warm water gained 1 cm
but the smallest penis form it gained may be 0.5 cm and
erection length dont gained anything i think . it contract usually and become shorter & after some rest 48 hour it get to original length or it gained may be 0.3 cm i think
warmup = 10 min
streteching including rotational crank = 12 min
jelqing = 10 min
warm water = 6 min
i am about to finish the 3rd wk in my routine
& i did 10 min jelqing for a month before my current routine
should i do two session of my streching and 1 min rest or the best is 0.5 min rest & jelqing and other stuff

Exactly! Daily discipline is the key to success. It was always in my training the first thing I did when I woke up was train. From there I did another routine and at night I trained. Most of my groVery good sign and result.

If you want to stop now, reduce to 1 day on and 1 day off for a month to cement it a bit faster. 1 time a week may cause your gain to reset back to the original size due to cellular rebounce. Cellular rebounce is something similar to going into a crazy diet to lose weight, successful lost the weight, eat normally again, but you gain all the weight back. Cellular rebounce is when the body is being aggressive in restoring its prior conditioned state by forcing the body to regress.

Then ease back on the 2nd or 3rd month with 1 day on, 2 days off for another 2 months.
If you reduce the PE routines too fast, you may lose what you've gained.

if i notice my gain i am about to lose ?The 2 months of 1 day on 1 day off was to provide gains. Continue this regiment for the next 2 months to provide the penis the time to "cement" as well, and of course, you will also "gain" during this time. In the 3rd month from now, you can back off to 1 day on, 3 days off if you like, or even 1 day off, 6 days off (which is a week).
Just make sure to observe every now and then that you don't lose your gains.

whats the optimum period of time for cementing the gain ?!
i am making it 3 months
1 month 1 day routine 2 days off ( 3-2 times routine per week )
1 month 1 day routine 3 days off (2-1 times routine per week)
1 month 1 day per week
then stop
can i reduce these 3 months to
2 weeks 1 day routine 2 days off
( thats what i did already now (( first week 3 times - second week 2 times )) ( orginially my gain routine was day and day off (3-4 times per week i go on for routine for roughly 2 months )
1 month twice a week
1 month once per week
how long cementing should last and whats the least time for cementing and what is the maximum time for cementincementing ?
and it should be designed as i did right like runners right ?
