Wow, this is incredible information.I'm going to order both. I had no clue. This type of test was able to be done at home
Yep. It's a cheap kit to use. But when you try to compare the nitric oxide in blood, you have to do a bit of mental math. Whatever value you have at the salival measurement, you have to scale back 10 times (being very optimistic) since the concentration of nitrate is higher in the mouth than the converted nitric oxide that's in the blood. If it's "poor" at the mouth, you know you have absolutely nothing in the blood stream considered as optimal for your PE. If it's good, take it with a grain of salt and considered as below optimal in the blood stream. If it's "high" or "very high", consider it as "good".
I like to scale it back even more. If I get a "high" or "very high", I'll consider it as "Meh, it's okay." Not everyone converts the available nitrate at the mouth into nitric oxide for the blood stream to carry all over. By the time it takes for nitric oxide to reach the penis, you probably only have less than 10% of the total nitric oxide you truly need.
If you take a blood sample, it's more accurate but a lot more expensive because of the lab and clinical fees.
