Some brothers do have the same flaccid (soft penis) and erected (hard penis) length. This is not uncommon. I can say that around 28% of the male population has this phenomenon.

So, for your logging record, you can use even if they are the same:

NBPFSL: xx cm
NBEL: xx cm

In PE, as you grow, your erected length commonly becomes longer than your flaccid. But in some cases, both flaccid and erect lengths will be the same. You don't have to worry too much on it. It will look more pleasing to your partner.
 
For me there was always a difference between bpel and flaccid stretched size. It was always around a half inch. So everyone has a slightly different measurements. What is most effective is measure once every 3 to 6 months

i feel my flaccid NBFL gained 0.5 cm while erection NBEL gained only 0.2-0.3 cm only

NBEL is less as you put it than he flaccid. Why? Flaccid, for NBFL, is when the state of your ligaments and muscles are relaxed. When they are relaxed, the length becomes more.

When you are erected, your tissues tighten up, your muscles contract, and your tunica ligaments may curve, causing your length to shorten. This is why your NBEL is less than than your NBFL.
 
Bpfs is the first area of gain. This eventually will become erect length. you can look at it as a crystal ball into your future. Just keep up with your routine and add intensity and exercise when needed to continue making gains 💪

Very common. This is when your body detects something is not right, and the stresses to the penis is too much. The body try to preserve itself by turtling, or retraction, to prevent injuries. Every time you perform PE, you are causing micro injuries. The body does not like it.

Don't wonder. Attempt to reach maximum erection at all time if you can during your jelqing sessions if you can, and ONLY if you can. This is erect jelqing. For those who have issues with constant erectile quality, it's something to train your brain to find a way to do it. Even I have a hard time keeping a solid erection constantly without stimulation, but it doesn't stop me from trying to reprogram my brain to do so.

Best to keep the adult entertainment videos out of your life as much as you can. I can understand using some photographic content to initiate your stimulation, but even that needs to be minimized. If you have a partner, or an imaginary partner of choice, use that photographic aid to help you. But for the videos, stay away from it. Use your mind to generate the imaginative visualization you need. Otherwise, the world of PIED can come back to haunt you. It's as dangerous as drug addiction.

When you want to measure, measure two levels: after jelqing sessions to measure your POTENTIAL gains and 24 hours after for the normalcy state. Normalcy state is when your body has time to reset everything. Your potential gain sizes predict what your body is willing to yield to your gains and your body is willing to reset itself to the new states if you're willing to keep going forward with your training. There is a hard limit where you body says, "Enough is enough." Your body will not provide that new potential sizes you want because the body hasn't catch up with its reprogramming yet. Your body and brain actually have hard limits programmed into your very DNA to prevent you from killing yourself. it's the same with your muscles and skeletal structures. You can't go past that limit no matter how much drugs you use and how hard to try. The safety switches are built in to prevent you from killing yourself.

However, in the world of PE, there is a way to go around those hard limits, but it does take time and patience. DLD already proved to us that hard limits for the penis can be overcame with a lot of hard work.

I did go hard to get what I wanted and it was extremely hardcore doing 3 sessions of SRT daily. I would not recommend this to newbies as one session is enough. This is more directed at large men who are struggling for gains. I have coached many men who are large with these same needs.

No worries brother. Your body is trying to recover itself. Don't worry too much about it. Once you stretch, try to find way to keep your penis elongated after your stretching. You'll notice in a bit of time that your elongation stretches after the routines will stretch your NBEL more and more. It will take a bit of time. Just focus on the routines and not worry about the body tries to fight every day. Just push forward slowly, and safely.

No, it doesn't erection length is a hard permanent length. It does not shorten after you have a permanent gain. During the period of growth, the length can fluctuate, but does not shorten past your existing permanent erection size, unless you have a genetic deformity.

I agree you should never go for more than 1 day. You can adjust what you're doing to make things more comfortable for you but the 1 off 1 on is a logical time off.

First, let's calm down and think things through logically, and scientifically. Now, let's get a clear understanding and we need you to provide proper info:

When you measure NPEL before the PE routines, was it 11.5 cm?

Did you measure the same exact location each time, pressing the same location each time and above the penis at the exact location each time? If you deviated from the same measuring location, you will tend to lose some length because the fat and skin thickness is different everywhere around the pubic.

We don't lose the original erectile length, unless there is strange genetic deformity like we discussed earlier. What we think we lost in length is actually the muscles under the base of the penis trying to pull the penis inwards because you're developing strong base muscles. In reality, the erected length is exactly the same as your muscles relax. That can be observed through the flaccid state. We use the Length Master or mechanical assist devices to tug against the ligaments and base muscles to counter the body biological pulling as the base muscles get stronger over time. It's very normal.

Again, it's a very normal process. You're not losing any length. Just verify with us the questions above. From there, we will teach you how to pop the length back using length routine exercises through the SRT.

If you are young, go for 6 days in a row and 1 day off. 25 minutes of jelqing. If you are >30 go for each other day, 25 mins each time. After 3 weeks 30 mins, after another 3 weeks 35 mins, until you reach 1 hour each time.
 
Brother @kriskros knows exactly what's to be expected. 1 day off is more than enough. Like I mentioned earlier, 1 day off is actually more than 24 hours off since your last routine. You don't want your tissues to be too cooled or too relaxed after the routine.

Your cells started to regenerate and repair roughly a second or so after you start damaging it. In reality, from the moment the cell is damaged to repair, the latest is 4 hours. Duplication processes start around 6 to 8 hours, and in 24 hours, new cells are formed.

So, let say you performed PE routine yesterday around 6PM for two to three days in a row. You wrapped up and remained elongated. Technically, you're ready to go again 6PM today. BUT, during a day rest, yesterday's 6PM to today's 6PM is 24 hours. Tomorrow's 6PM is considered as 48 hours. That's already a very longer period of rest time.

1 day on, 1 day off, that's practically 48 hours of rest time for too little work. I can understand if you just start on the PE journey in the first two months, but as you progress into the third month and on, you have to be on the routine for two to three days in a row before taking that day off.

Of course, this is your choice. You will not see a dramatic increase in gains, but some gains along the way.
