I'm kinda scared of kegels because I've read of negative side effects of doing them without doing reverse kegels. Could someone give me a green light or should I just do the reverse kegels?

Yes, they are indeed very important. If you kegel, you must reverse kegel as well. Not only because of the befenifts we get from the RKs when we stretch (if you need further clarification- don't be afraid t ask), but because you must balance the Pelvic Floor muscles. I would also like to hear this. I am doing a crazy amount of kegals. I guess I subtly rk pretty frequently because I feel the ligaments pulling out a bit. I really don't think jacking up your PC muscle really causes negative results in pe. It's the blood pumper. Strong one seems like a good idea.
 
negative ??? dude i think kegels is one of the best things to do to get hard erections.....and thats what you need to keep in mind....y feed your brain negative things ???
whether you want to do it or not but your subconsiously doing it many times when stopping piss
 
Reverse kegels will help you last longer in bed, kegels are most important thing in PE, your penis gonna get bigger from pe, but weak PC muscles wont fill that penis with blood and you suffer weaker erections man
 
Kegels will only help you get a bigger, harder penis and allow you to last longer in bed. The Reverse Kegel is similar in the sense that it can be used to prevent ejaculation. The real benefit of RK's is when they are used while stretching they allow you to give much more intensity to the penis opposed to the muscles that support the penis. When engaging in a RK you are releasing all the muscles that connect to the penis allowing for the stretch to go mainly to the penis.

I've always done only kegels without the reverse. I will take your advise and start the balance process.
