Oh yeah? You're a rest advocate, eh bro? Myself I get too much rest on complicated days when I work 6 am + 2nd job ends 10 pm. I fall asleep with the lights on more often then not these days... LOL.

But yeah, I intentionally take off the last and first day of a month for measuring accuracy rest days...

Clampers and hangers use more rest days right? Cool.

About clamping- I've heard that it's really good and one of the most advance exercises ever, but it's too dangerous. When should I start clamping- how much time of Penis Enlargement experience should I have?
And second- how much time would it take for me to gain from clamping (combined with some pumping and jelqs maybe)?

Yeah man clamping can be dangerous. I no longer use a cable clamp, or hose clamp. I use an [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?44-Ace-Strapped-Jims-Joint]ACE[/words] wrap, and a mountain bike inner tube cut in to 1/2 inch strips, then stack them to increase pressure. Great method for ADC too. The more strips you put on the tighter the compression. The dick swells up nicely like this.

You will see expansion the first time you clamp, and expansion will increase as your dick becomes adjusted to the exercise. The beauty about girth work is you can have a fatty all day, if you lay out your sets correctly. Like a good session in the AM, then one in the afternoon, then one before bed. Personally I like to go hard for 3 days then rest 2, and repeat. As far as gains, they will come, it takes time and commitment to your work.

Good to have you back, I too remember reading a lot of your posts way back in the day, there's something motivating to me to see guys who stay on here for years, your posts were my go to for pumping info.
