Ok I am 7.25-7.5nbp and 7.8bp I want to atleast gain .25 in lenght in a month or more if possible so what are the most intense excersises that you know of???? And my end goal is that I want to be 9.5 lenght and 7 girth.
So what can I do to get good lenght please help thanks alot
 
You would have gotten more responses in the general if you posted there. READ and SEARCH! Why you keep posting these useless threads in the routines section is beyond me. Why do you think we're all here? Don't you think just mayyyybe someone asked this question before? Ok, first of all, please work on your manners sir. There is no need to be rude and impatient if someone is irritated with your demands. Second, since you are not a newbie, you should have a general idea of what your penis needs to grow such as a focus on tunica or ligs. You should also know what exercises work for you and which do not. If you truly have no idea where to go from here, buy DLD's member's package to get all of his exercises. That will do you better than doing a search on the free forums. Penis Enlargement is all about patience, including learning the exercises, so you really need to work on that if you want to succeed. This post hurts my brain to read, but I'm gonna do my best to respond nicely. The basic exercises have changed very little in three years, so don't worry about using old exercises. I've posted extensively on my experience with manual exercises and devices on my log, read that. Other members' will also provide a wealth of first-hand information on different exercises. What makes you not a newbie anymore? Im sorry but you guys are morons,... its just a question so answer it if u want or DONT LOOK IN THE THREAD.
 
What you want is extreme haning. This is how you do it: get the strongest packing tape you can find (the one with fibers imbedded). Get a good strong wrap cause this is extreme. Using 2 feet of nylon rope tie a knot around your penis, and tape the knot down agian very tight. one the other side attach 50lbs of weight, plate or dumbell doesn't matter (assuming you can lift 50lbs with both hands). Hold the weight above your head with your feet a sholder width apart and drop it. This stretch will pull your penis down and around to a between the cheeks stretch. Repeat (if you can), then let us know about the inches you gain...

This is a good, advanced exercise. During the set I'd also recommend doing helicopters (rotate the 50 pounds) or just run up and down the stairs with the weight. This should give you the intensity you're looking for.
 
take a syringe and fill it up with liquified silicon .. and precisely inject it into your corpus sporangium. Let is heal for a few days. and u got a bigger pee pee.
