I think I just invented a new exercise well variation

I remember watching that video of those asian dudes who were lifting so much weight with their penises. So at this point my routine is kind of getting same old same old so I wanted to add a little extra and I figured I can make something like that, so I did just that. It works along the same principal of how they set it up so w.e I finished the creation and started using it in the same fashion, my member couldn't hold for too long so I left it on and sat down ::::here's the good part:::: as I sat down I felt an extremely good tug and as I adjusted my body it was even more intense it was like a foot long stretch cubed lol but I was doing literally nothing but sitting. So idk if this has been done before but I think of it as a lazy-ass hang though I wasn't even lifting the weight. So even if you are experienced with hanging you can just use more weight til you can feel the intensity sitting. I'ts awesome.

@ DLD I do try sometimes lol and @ stretch I kind of have my own way of tying the sock securely and comfortably around my penis i usually try to get the knot on the bottom of my penis and keep it like fanned out I guess on the top so its not tied tight in one spot its from about mid shaft to below the glans
 
Yep, hanging with a sock to attach rather than a hanger. It can work, but don't leave it tied too tight for too long. You need it tight to properly grip the penis though. Limit a set to 15-20 minutes before removing the sock to allow blood flow to return to normal for a few minutes. I also would not go very heavy with this attachment method. It does not distribute pressure evenly on the penis which can cause damage with heavier weights. At least, look into a home made hanger. There are how to posts in the hanging forum. BTW, those asian guys who practice this ritual are not actually doing it to purposely make their penises longer. I've heard it does over time, but it's a RITUAL to show virility and supposedly increase the inner well being and sexual "power". They also do not only tie to the penis, rather around the whole package. They also usually hang for VERY short periods. Lift the weight up, drop it down. It's more of a "feat of strength" than a Penis Enlargement practice.
 
@ everyone. I know what hanging is. Personally I don't like hanging because I feel that is the main way I can injure my dick, idk why but yeah. With this i'm not hanging at all, it is part of the idea of hanging but not actually hanging because I am not lifting the weight off the ground. I am using my body to adjust the amount of tug I want. From everything I've read on [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]MOS[/words] it seems hanging takes a lot of time. But I was just "playing around" with what I seen from what those guys were doing and discovered it's an extremely easy way to stretch your penis without doing anything.
 
I vote for this as the best Penis Enlargement diagram ever. Nice depiction the correct arm placement, one arm on the back of the couch and the other on the remote.
