I remember watching that video of those asian dudes who were lifting so much weight with their penises. So at this point my routine is kind of getting same old same old so I wanted to add a little extra and I figured I can make something like that, so I did just that. It works along the same principal of how they set it up so w.e I finished the creation and started using it in the same fashion, my member couldn't hold for too long so I left it on and sat down ::::here's the good part:::: as I sat down I felt an extremely good tug and as I adjusted my body it was even more intense it was like a foot long stretch cubed lol but I was doing literally nothing but sitting. So idk if this has been done before but I think of it as a lazy-ass hang though I wasn't even lifting the weight. So even if you are experienced with hanging you can just use more weight til you can feel the intensity sitting. I'ts awesome.
