I need to reach 8.5" BPEL

I'm currently a little bit above 7.0 BPenis EnlargementL but i want to reach 8.5" BPenis EnlargementL minimum. I have done erect stretches, btc mainly just manual stretching. Are there any manual stretching exercises I should incorporate to maximize my gains. Another question do flaccid stretches produce more significant length gains than erect stretches?
